I am having if i cant use weight wathers any more? I liked ww because I could keep track of what my daily allowence was. I know i should eat healthy ofcourse but how can i keep track when i eat chocolate and other things. i dont want to cut every thing low fat out, that would deppress me.
There’s an old saying with pregnancy " a little of what you fancy does you good". A little bit of chocolate won’t do you any harm. Consult your doctor about your concerns, you will be able to get some advice from there about what is good and what is not good for you to eat. The calorie intake of a pregnant or nursing mother will be higher than that of an average woman.
Be kind to yourself. I don’t think you can worry about your weight, lets face it you are going to put some on, and that is normal. You can always go back to weight watchers after you have your baby.
