How to lose weight and not gain it back?
I wanna lose weight so that i can look nice during chinese new year next year feb. And i’ve got 3 months from now. What should i do to lose weight and maintain it instead of gaining it back? Is losing 5kg a month possible? I skip for about half an hour for a few days in a week.
Avoid soda as much as possible, even diet sodas –most artificial sweeteners have potential health risks. One glass of wine or beer every day is fine for most people and may actually have health benefits. Beyond this, however, alcohol can be fattening and of course can contribute to other health problems.

Drink plenty
Have at least 6-8 glasses or cups of low calorie drinks over the day – more if you are hot or exercising.
The aim is to keep your urine a light straw colour – if it’s dark you need to drink more. Drinking plenty helps you feel fuller and stops you confusing thirst with hunger, and eating when you really just need a drink. Spicy tomato or vegetable juice or a berry fizz (puree some fresh berries and top up with fizzy mineral water) are great, low cal between meal (or early evening) satisfiers to stop the nibbles – or the wine, if you want to cut back.

The best I’ve seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body.

A food diary helps you recognise this ‘trigger’ or ‘non-hungry’ eating, which in turn places you in a better position to deal with it.
